My Story.
 My Mission.

My path to fitness started just like many of yours and I’ve gone through things that most people are dealing with now.  As a young kid I was always active with my friends and family, playing almost every sport out there, but it wasn’t until I was in a dark place that my passion for fitness was realized.

Growing up I was always doing something active whether it was playing with my friends at school or playing recreational sports on the weekends the activities never stopped and with all my brothers running around the house I’m sure it drove my parents nuts.  I played almost every sport out there, but the one that I gravitated towards the most was basketball and this was the first form of fitness that I fell in love with.  As you can imagine I played basketball every year all the way through High School, but that was actually when I would start down my road to darkness.  After my Senior season of basketball came to an end I didn’t know who I was or what I was meant to do with my life, but these issues were just the beginning.

I would struggle and wrestle with those same questions over and over.  Going into college I finally found a small piece of myself and was seeking a Degree in Kinesiology and Health, but even with all that knowledge it didn’t stop me from gaining lots of weight and ballooning to 215lbs and it wasn’t until a couple years later that I finally had enough and was determined to change my life.  I lost the weight and got down to 175lbs.  It was on that journey that I rediscovered my passion for health and first discovered my passion for helping others do the same. Now I am an ACE fitness certified Personal Trainer(2019), Health/ Nutrition Coach(2022), Bachelor’s Science: Kinesiology and Health Promotion(2023).

We currently don’t have a physical location, but we hope that as we grow and the clients we work with grow that we are able to open up a gym where we can better show the techniques we teach.

We provide 100% virtual services, so that means you can workout wherever and whenever you want.  This gives you more freedom to plan your workouts and even allows you to do your workouts in different facilities and locations.  Great if you travel a lot or even if you want to do stuff at home. All of our custom programs can be made to your life so that you get the best workout plans for you.
